This project is for a family of four, a couple with two children in kindergarten. We planned this space with the concept of simplicity and warmth. Upon entering the entrance, we started from the foyer. The full storage space of the shoe cabinet, and the ingenious combination of thin plates and stones, make the space look bright and spacious. Because they have children, we chose a rounded furniture and soft furnishings configuration in the living room, which avoids accidental collision during the children’s play and thus reduces the risk of injury. The overall color palette is gentle and elegant. Although the house is in a busy city center, we also hope that the owners can feel peaceful and comfortable when they return home. There is a reading space behind the sofa, where they can spend their leisure time with their children in addition to reading; in the kitchen space, we planned a wine cabinet to satisfy the owners’ preference for collecting wine and having a drink. We also designed several appliance storage cabinets in the center island kitchen space, so that even if it is used for a long time, the overall space can reduce the visual clutter placement of electrical appliances; the master bedroom space planning emphasizes minimalism and comfort, using the natural lighting of the house to create a bright and clean effect. As for the overall concept, we hope that the owner can enjoy a short leisure time in his busy life because of the beauty of home.
