來日方茶｜台南 10 坪商業空間設計
本案為位於台南的手搖飲店設計，室內約 10 坪，由知冉設計（KNRN Design）負責整體商業空間規劃與店面設計。
在這個小坪數空間中，問題從來不是放得下多少設備，而是如何在有限尺度中建立清晰秩序。10 坪的商業空間設計，若處理失當，只會顯得擁擠與嘈雜。
本案以橘棕色作為主軸，但色彩並未被用來吸引注意，而是被結構承接。磁磚、塗料與不鏽鋼量體形成明確界面，使操作區與取餐動線在同一視覺系統中運作。
不鏽鋼天花延伸至吧檯區域，將設備與品牌語言整合為一體。光帶水平展開，界定 Order 與 Pick Up 的行為區塊，使消費流程清楚而直接。小尺度空間因此保持乾淨。
立面並未誇張外放，而是在街道尺度中建立穩定存在。當品牌被嵌入結構，10 坪也能擁有完整的建築表情。
這個台南商業空間設計並非依賴裝飾，而是透過材質與比例，讓小坪數店面設計在城市中站得住。
Lai Ri Fang Tea｜10-Ping Commercial Interior Design, Tainan
This project is a 10-ping beverage shop located in Tainan, designed by KNRN Design as a compact commercial interior and storefront development.
In small-scale commercial design, the challenge is not capacity, but clarity. Without structural discipline, limited space quickly becomes visually congested.
The project adopts a controlled terracotta tone, not as visual spectacle, but as a structural condition. Tiles, plastered surfaces, and stainless steel volumes articulate precise boundaries between preparation and pick-up zones.
The stainless steel ceiling plane integrates equipment and brand language into a unified spatial system. Linear lighting defines ordering behavior, reinforcing operational flow within a tight footprint.
The façade does not exaggerate. Instead, it embeds identity into structure. Even at 10 ping, the space maintains architectural presence within the urban fabric.
This commercial interior project demonstrates how proportion and material control allow small-scale retail design to remain coherent and legible.
