The project creatively incorporates elements favored by the client, such as a white scheme and masonry materials, for a minimalist and sleek style, while complementing the many Chinese tea-tasting rooms and art collections owned by the client. In addition, the separately planned public spaces on the first and second floors will meet the different social needs of male and female customers.

Unique Property/Item Description:
Due to the unique pattern style of the marble slabs, through special arrangement and design, it can be extended visually, while creating different perceptions for each slab. Plenty of natural light pours in, and white marble is spliced ​​with the most refined aesthetics, creating a harmonious and tranquil space.

Due to the building site’s edge position and abundant natural light, the design team adopted an open layout to allow maximum light and ventilation for interior public areas without human intervention. As the interiors are designed to meet different social functions and living needs, a coherent materiality strategy was employed, including a variety of colours, textures and materials to articulate minimalist and light modern living.

The main challenge of the design was to overcome the low ceiling height when concealing the air conditioning equipment and to maintain the maximum ceiling height.
