This project is a compound house built on his own land. The owner is engaged in the agricultural industry, so in planning the residential space, in addition to the residential space planning, we have to plan the intelligent agricultural equipment space, find the balance of beauty in work and life, and combine modern aesthetics to make the room more bright; the architectural appearance of the residence is simple, and the owner will enjoy another beautiful view when he walks into the home. An extravagant and elegant marble spreads along the facade to the living room and dining kitchen. The owner is very particular about Fengshui, so we made several adjustments in the space planning, placing the TV wall in it. The staircase includes a platform to assist in going up and down the stairs, which can also be used to place audio-visual equipment. Each field is defined by the work table, sofa and table chair. A major focus of this project is the installation of the farm’s intelligent control box, which is mainly used to control the farm’s temperature and humidity, feed and drinking water. After evaluating the operation flow and aesthetics, we abandoned the original method of decorating with folding doors and decided to beautify the appearance of the equipment directly, as if it were one of the design elements and became the background of the office area. The owner can keep an eye on the farm without having to leave the house, and in an invisible way, the space is divided into attributes. The work desk is made of marble, which echoes the TV wall design and reflects the consistency of the public domain in detail. The second floor is a purely private area, divided into a master bedroom, a guest room, and a children’s room, with a separate clothing room to fulfill the mistress’ wish. The master bedroom is designed to be a warm place to rest the body and soul, with elegant line panels and soft colors to soothe thoughts and fatigue. The guest room and children’s room use warm wood, showing a Japanese natural and tranquil atmosphere, and custom-made furniture along the contour of the space outlines a simple but delicate space, becoming a free corner. The bathroom is designed with the luxurious texture of silver fox marble, and the bath cabinet is built with elegant lines to create a soft bathing time. According to the habits of the couple, we configured an independent bathtub and set up a pair of bath tubs, so that they can indulge in their own moments, but also accompany each other in daily life without disturbing each other. The overall copywriting combines work and daily life, and makes many adjustments to make a consistent design, and the owners are satisfied with the work, which is our honor.
