台南 75 坪住宅大樓室內設計
本案為位於台南的住宅大樓室內設計，室內約 75 坪，由知冉設計（KNRN Design）負責整體空間規劃與室內建築整合。
在這個住宅設計中，我們並未追求形式上的張力，而是優先確立比例與動線設計。75 坪的尺度本身已具備延展性，真正需要處理的不是空間大小，而是空間之間的連續關係。
黑色天花作為主軸，界定公共空間的重心，同時在視覺上壓低不必要的浮動。當天花與地坪在同一邏輯下被整合，客廳、餐廳與廊道便在一個穩定尺度中發生，而非被分割。
材質選擇刻意收斂。深色木質量體與淺色牆面形成穩定對比，使住宅空間保持清晰層次。光線沿著天花邊界延伸，並非為了營造氛圍，而是用來校準空間深度與比例。
在 75 坪的室內空間規劃中，我們更關注的是長時間居住的穩定性。收納不被誇張呈現，櫃體退居背景，使日常生活成為空間的主體。當動線順暢、比例清楚，設計便無須過度說明。
知冉設計始終認為，住宅室內設計不應僅在完工當下成立，而應在日常使用中持續穩定。這不是一個強調裝飾的空間，而是一個以結構與判斷為基礎的住宅。
75-Ping Residential Interior Design, Tainan
This 75-ping residential interior project is located in Tainan and designed by KNRN Design as a comprehensive interior architecture and space planning development.
Rather than emphasizing visual statement, the design prioritizes proportion and circulation. At this scale, spatial continuity becomes more critical than spatial size.
A dark ceiling plane defines the public zone while maintaining visual control. When ceiling and flooring operate under the same structural logic, the living and dining areas remain unified rather than segmented.
Material selection is restrained. Dark wood volumes contrast with light walls to stabilize spatial hierarchy. Light is used not as decoration, but as calibration—defining depth, proportion, and movement.
In this residential interior design, the focus lies in long-term stability. Storage recedes into the background, allowing daily life to occupy the foreground. When circulation is clear and proportion is resolved, additional emphasis becomes unnecessary.
For KNRN Design, residential interior architecture must remain coherent beyond completion. This project reflects a spatial judgment rooted in structure rather than decoration.
